At Fixrs, we want you to love your service!

 

• All services may be refundable after due to dissatisfaction and/or damage that may or may not be caused

• If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know before you leave or contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.

• We do not offer cash or card refunds, but we may offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than an hour in advance and no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment with proper notice.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
